Maintaining an accurate donor database is a challenge most organization face.  Relying heavily on volunteers is difficult at best when your volunteers are constantly changing or their service terms are on an annual basis.  Who has access to your donor’s information and what information do you keep? 

Having a protected and secure donor database is imperative! The expense and goodwill lost from a security breach is enormous.  This is one of the main reasons we believe you should not be processing your own donations.

We act as your system administrator.  Our system allows access to personal information, payment information and pledge agreements by password protected clearance levels and limited view options.  In addition, all functions are PCI compliant and financial information is encrypted at all times.
