Member Service Options

 

All of our billing and processing programs are supported by our Member Service Center.  You get the benefit of a full time member service program without adding staff, at a fraction of the cost. 

 

Your members can contact us through the use of toll free numbers, emails, faxes or by mail.  All incoming calls are handled at the time of the call and all communication from your members is promptly handled by our professional staff.

 

In addition, you choose between the Information & Changes Program or the Returns & Collections Program , our full-service system that will save you a lot of time and money.

 

Information & Changes:

 

Our Member Service Representatives (MSR’s) will make any changes to personal or billing information as necessary and answer any question you or your member’s may have about their accounts. This program involves no collection activity

 

Full-service Returns & Collections:

 

This option builds on the Information & Changes program by adding a full service collection program.  Our collection program concentrates on all the collection areas:  returns 1 - 10 days, 11-30 days, 31-60 days, 61–90 days, and over 91 days delinquent. We will even manage all your accounts over 91 days delinquent even if you chose to forward them to an outside collection firm.

 

Since EBCS has already built a relationship with your member from the first day of being enrolled our collection procedures are very efficient and professional.

 

Our MSR’s make polite and understanding calls to address member payments that were returned, get accurate information and attempt to make payment arrangements.  All returns are contacted with 48 hours of a return. If necessary and by your approval, EBCS could make up to 10 to 15 contacts in a 30 day period to collect your money.
