CONDITIONS OF USE
By using this Web Site you agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and

DEFINITIONS
'Activities' means the processing of any inquiry and the carrying out
of actions related to any inquiry and/or marketing by Electronic Billing &
Collecting Services (EBCS). 'Contract' means these Web Site terms and
conditions. 'Information' means all material delivered by companies of EBCS from
time to time through this web site ('the Web Site'). 'User' means you, the Web
Site end-user.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All Information published on this Web Site is published in good faith,
however, EBCS does not represent as to the accuracy or reliability of such
Information. EBCS reserves the right to add, modify or delete all Information on
the Web Site at any time.
EBCS expressly disclaims any and all warranties; express or implied, to the
extent permitted by applicable laws.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall EBCS or any party involved in creating,
producing, or delivering the Web Site be liable to the User for any direct,
incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages that result from the use
of, or inability to use, the Information on this Web Site, even if EBCS has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
NO CONTRACT
Nothing on this Web Site is intended to or does give rise to any form
of legally binding contract with the User.
THE WEBSITE
The User acknowledges that it is technically impossible to provide the
Web Site free of faults and that EBCS does not undertake to do so and that
faults may lead to the temporary unavailability of the Web Site.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
The User undertakes:
1. Not to use the Information for any unlawful purpose.

viruses or any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene nature.

DATA PROTECTION
The User may from time to time submit his or her personal data ('data')
to the Web Site. EBCS endeavors where necessary through the Web Site to inform
the User of what data is to be obtained from the User and the purposes for which
the data will be used and whom the data may be shared with.
The User acknowledges that, in order to process any inquiry and carry out
actions related to any inquiry and/or marketing by EBCS, EBCS may need to
process personal data, as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998. The User
consents to EBCS processing any such data in respect of which the User is the
data subject for the purpose of carrying out the Activities.
The User further consents to EBCS transferring such data to any company within
EBCS (including Clients and agents of EBCS) for the purpose of carrying out the
Activities. To the extent that the User is not the data subject, the User
confirms that the User has sought and obtained the consent of and is authorized
to disclose personal data relating to those individuals to EBCS and for EBCS to
pass such data to other members of EBCS (including Clients and agents of EBCS)
for the purpose of carrying out the Activities.
CHOICE OF LAW
This Contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with
Maryland Law and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in the State of
Maryland.
