Our customized service agreement program allows you to have as many contracts as you need.  You have the option of different contracts for each service you offer, by combined services, by the year it was offered, or by the type of contract. The possible combinations are unlimited.

Contract types can be term, month-to-month, paid-in-full and complimentary. Terms contracts can be any period of time you choose.  Keep your customer data base accurate by tracking paid-in-full and complimentary contracts as well. 

You can customize the service descriptions, liability policy and outline any specific terms and conditions you want. Customer, agreement, and billing information are required components that are standardized to our billing data needs.  By combining the required components with your customized components, you have very flexible and enforceable service agreements

Service terms and payment terms can vary under the same service agreement. The Total Amount Worksheet component allows you to address variances between the actual cost of services and the amount collected. By including the billing information in your service agreement, you have the opportunity to have a recurring billing program.
