Maintaining an accurate customer database is important.  Having a protected and secure customer database is imperative!  Who has access to you customer’s information and what information do you keep?

The expense and goodwill lost from a security breach is enormous.  This is one of the main reasons we believe you should not process your own payments.  Our agreement management system allows access to personal information, payment information and agreement information by password protected clearance levels and limited view options.  All financial information is encrypted at all times and all functions are PCI compliant.

In addition, we can link to your existing database by your customer numbers, or the agreements and payment processing database can be your only database.  Reporting options include tracking by source, cancellation and inactivate codes, as well as total sales and sales by representative to name a few.
